Step 1
In Frame #1, add your text. This will be where the zoom starts. You want to make it rougly small, so select it and scale it down (Ctrl+Alt+S or Modify > Transform > Scale) to the size you want it to begin at. Select it and make it a symbol (Graphic).(F8)
Step 2
Go to Frame #20 and insert a Keyframe (F6) and do the same at frame #40. In Frame #20, select the symbol and scale it up to the size you want (Leave Frames 1 & 40 the same size).
Step 3
Go back to Frame #1 and in your Properties Inspector (should be below your workarea, or Windows > Properties if not), and choose Motion from the Tween combobox. Do the same at Frame #20.
Step 4
Test your movie. (Ctrl + Enter).
