Step 1
In Frame #1, add the text you want to start the morph with. Select the text and break it apart, either by Modify > Break Apart (twice) or Ctrl + B (twice).
Step 2
Go to Frame #20. (The higher frame you go, the longer the morph). Add a Blank Keyframe (F7) and the text you want to morph into. Select the text and Break Apart (twice). Go to Frame 25 and insert a Keyframe (F6).
Step 3
Go to Frame #45. Add a Blank Keyframe (F7) and use the same text you started the morph with (Frame 1). Select the text and Break Apart (twice). Go to Frame 50 and insert a Keyframe (F6).
Step 4
Select Frame 1. In the Properties Inspector, choose Shape from the Tween dropdown. Go to Frame 25 and do the same.
Step 5
Test your movie. (Ctrl + Enter).
