Step 1
In Frame #1, add the text you want to start the morph with. Select the text and break it apart, either by Modify > Break Apart or Ctrl + B.
Step 2
Go to Frame #20.( The higher frame you go, the longer the morph). Add a Blank Keyframe (F7) and the text you want to morph into. Select the text and Break Apart.
Step 3
Go back to Frame #1 and double-click it. Then choose the Tweening tab. In the drop-down menu, select Shape. Click OK.
Step 4
Test your movie. (Ctrl + Enter).
